Your workouts are delivered through Everfit with exercises, sets, reps, notes, and tracking. You follow the plan, log your work, complete check-ins, and Coach Chris adjusts based on your progress.

What do weekly check-ins include?
Check-ins review training performance, nutrition consistency, body metrics, progress photos, obstacles, and recovery. The point is to catch drift early and make the next week more precise.
Do you provide nutrition guidance?
Yes. You receive goal-specific nutrition targets and guidance around protein, calories, meal structure, food choices, and consistency. The goal is to eat in a way that supports the physique you are building.
Is the training bodybuilding-focused?
Yes. Programming is built around muscle growth, progressive overload, execution, symmetry, and body composition. It can be adapted for beginners, experienced lifters, or transformation clients.
How quickly will I see results?
